i gained 17 pounds of muscle and lost 20 pounds of fat in 4 months without lifting weights or cardio and simply following vegan diet with intermittent fasting attia is wrong about tre and animal products research shows it, as well as anecdotal evidence the trick is that i eat 100g of protein per day

did you exert yourself in any other way, or are you claiming just by eating protein you naturally gained 17 pounds of muscle?

no noticeable exertion i've been shredding these 4 months on a 1800-2000kcal per day diet out of which 100g per day were plant proteins the most i did was walking for 30m a week with my kid in a backpack (~10kg), almost never reaching zone 3 (as per attia) :) diet matters way more than we think

U should ask borodutch how he knows that he gained 17 pounds of muscle. From what I know, even telling body fat percentage reliably is incredibly difficult.

I'm dubious, unless there was some kind of protein deficit being filled or he's already 400lbs of muscle and this is just flux /unreliable measurement/ water/ etc. Happy to give @warpcastadmin.eth the benefit of the doubt. Just curious.
