Somehow I feel this need to create a virtual Bookshelf on chain. Gave up maintaining shelf on Goodreads , it's awful. Onchain seems apt. Permanent record of my virtual Bookshelf as NFTs seems the way to go. Anyone feel the same ? Or am I the odd man out.

I'd be a user. Especially if the NFT came automatically with a book purchase vs needing to buy it after the fact.

Would love something like this 👌 signed up to good reads and used it once, was not enjoyable. Would definitely use a place to track reading and make connections with other people

this would be awesome — each book could just be an OE then just have a ui to keep track of your shelf (or could even be via wallet)

I usually think forced permanence of on chain things (or any other forever promise) is overkill, but in this case, I’m all for it. Whether you read the book or not cannot change. It is an immutable record that can and probably should live forever.
