On Monday, a court in the Northern District of California denied a motion to dismiss a lawsuit against LidoDAO that asserted some or all LDO governance tokenholders are jointly and severally liable for the DAO's actions.

This is a fantastic take, and really a lot of food for thought for DAOs, even if they're not in that jurisdiction. I work at @novadao so it's always interesting to see how various jurisdictions are considering DAOs and their members.
