This feels like a good place to ask: What are some sci-fi/cyberpunk movies that may have flown under the radar for most people? Don't need to be masterpieces, I love an awesomely-bad movie too.

Not a movie but it's a short story future crypto-dystopia, choose your own adventure style. It's in awesomely-bad rough draft/not written by a real writer state, but maybe entertaining none the less: https://www.futurastories.com/life-in-the-foot DM me your decisions to get the next URL based on your choice :)

Predestination with Ethan Hawke. Prospect with Pedro Pascal. Moon with Sam Rockwell. Morgan with Anya Taylor-Joy. None really cyberpunk but all worth a watch. And all elevate the hipster cred beyond Primer and Donnie Darko. 😉

Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind. Cult classic at this point but feel like very few people put it the the sci-fi category.

One of my fave low-budget 90s sci-fi flicks was Screamers. It’s probably been two decades since I’ve seen it though, so wonder if it holds up. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Screamers_(1995_film)

Gonna self recommend - but I produced Prospect (from 2018) that’s been mostly a cult/niche audience film.
