DevCasters: what are the best tools or resources you’ve found to learn Solidity?

Question for the FC community. How many of you are members of DAO's that don't truly function/operate as a DAO? A DAO only by name. Do you feel the tools for DAOs have evolved enough that this is no longer a thing?
