I actually have a separate grinder but I end up using the BBE grinder since the resulting coffee is still extremely good using the built in grinder

Barista express! I’m not enough of a perfectionist to notice the imperfections of the grinder. I do enjoy the space differences of not having a separate grinder

i just put the grounds in a sock and pour some kettle-boiled water around it and let it sit until i remember to drink it

I used an aeropress for 3 years. Switched to pulsar dripper 3mo ago.  More consistent, cleaner.

Is siphon the one that looks like a big twist bong?

It’s ranked by overall enjoyment, which factors in both convenience & taste 

Eg siphon takes a long time to setup and it’s hard to clean so it’s ranked much lower than BBE which requires very little maintenance and produces great coffee once dialed in

is this ranked by convenience or quality?

Siphon is goated, though I usually make mine on a french press

Nice, I'm planning on buying a Breville Dual Boiler but I have no space in my kitchen so it's a bit of a bigger project

Inverted aeropress method is god send when in a pinch
