More companies should open SPVs for their users when they raise a round of financing. Lots of companies are getting their beginnings on Farcaster (like Paragraph!). Users should be rewarded for helping use, provide feedback, and proliferate early-stage products

I've always heard its tough to get users / ordinary people to be fractional investors in your company due to accredited investor requirements and the problem of alot of people on a single cap table. What am I missing?

We are thinking about this but a big concern is our players are too young to participate.

100% agree. I've been involved in a few of these discussions with platforms over the years. Most dismissed it, some provided stock options (barely worth anything), and a small handful agreed. Most of these platforms didn't succeed, but the ones that agreed had a much stronger network of us for their next ventures.
