Gym in the morning every day No naps during the day Be ok with having one day where you go to sleep on the early side and wake up the next day early but treat that 2nd day as a normal day

Dont be afraid to redo your entire nighttime routine twice. Wash face, read or watch somethjng, set alarm turn off lights and try to sleep. Aka, dont give up at the 3 am wakeup. Then coffee and full breakfast early.

my flight to aus involved me napping as much as i could on the flights and then just powering through the whole day when i arrived at 9am (had an early bedtime tho, 8pm) woke up at 5am the next day and just went about my day as normal
