Don't understand why people always say "AI and crypto". Other than both being buzzwords, how are they even related?

I pitched a startup that enables this at scale to a friend and he suggested that you wouldn't need crypto-level signing, you could just use PGP encryption. The decentralised aspect matters tho. I'll bring it up again
