You’re leaving a W2 job and starting an LLC (no partners or employees) You need banking, invoicing, expense management, taxes, and a credit card. Whats your software stack to keep life as simple as possible?

I made an AI demo for a soon to be released feature of Mosaic. I wanted to see if it could answer your question. It’s not on mobile so here’s a pic.

I went with quickbooks for invoicing and expense management, chase for banking and credit card, and I have my personal accountant file taxes (but I run all the reports from quickbooks). Not a sexy tech stack but it’s getting the job done.

Mercury/Ramp for web2 Multis (bank), Acctual (AP/AR) Entendre Finance (subledger) for web3! Bias on Acctual.com primarily because we’ve built and designed it to be a web3 bill.com
