You’re leaving a W2 job and starting an LLC (no partners or employees) You need banking, invoicing, expense management, taxes, and a credit card. Whats your software stack to keep life as simple as possible?

I went with quickbooks for invoicing and expense management, chase for banking and credit card, and I have my personal accountant file taxes (but I run all the reports from quickbooks). Not a sexy tech stack but it’s getting the job done.

Highly recommend looking into Bluevine for checking/saving account and Amex for CC
