Tips for those considering hard stop on caffeine… Approaching the first afternoon/evening, you may get a withdrawal headache. 400mg of ibuprofen *should* take care of it. The next day will likely be sluggish. Try to exercise and plan on a nap. You should begin to feel normal and appreciate freedom after two days
