Today is a push day. Chest/shoulders/triceps. Hate doing this on a Monday because EVERYONE does push days on Monday and it’s tough to get equipment, but here we are. Probably looking at the following: - 4x Incline Press - 3x Pec Flys or Pec Deck (whichever is open) - 4x Decline Press - 3x Shoulder Press - 3x Lateral Raise (Cable) - 3x Crossbody Tricep Extension - 3x Tricep Pressdown (straight bar) - 3x Skullcrushers - 3x

Started a Peloton upper body strength program that is 3x a week for 4 weeks. Even got my wife on board to also participate which is a plus. Holds both of us accountable. Today is day 2 so going to get after it after work.
