Today is a push day. Chest/shoulders/triceps. Hate doing this on a Monday because EVERYONE does push days on Monday and it’s tough to get equipment, but here we are. Probably looking at the following: - 4x Incline Press - 3x Pec Flys or Pec Deck (whichever is open) - 4x Decline Press - 3x Shoulder Press - 3x Lateral Raise (Cable) - 3x Crossbody Tricep Extension - 3x Tricep Pressdown (straight bar) - 3x Skullcrushers - 3x

Love this!!! Listen- always modify/adjust and stick to dumbbells Do high tempo with heavy weight or heavy weight low reps then light weight high reps right after.
