Highly recommend Pinnacle as a way to track your climbs (I mostly boulder). Super quick and easy to capture sends, pause while you rest, and view time spent actually climbing with its watchOS app. https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/pinnacle-climb-log/id1271954104
