It's infuriating watching what's essentially a rogue agency at this point try to kill innovation over and over again. Especially under the guise of protecting consumers, it's insulting.

I do think crypto needs regulation and some things fall under the purview of the SEC, but this ain't it.

Uniswap lawsuit is an insult to all the innovators, builders and their hyper-aligned communities. I do not think that ends particularly well for Gary.
