great question! the biggest things for me: 1. no phone 30 mins before sleep (this is super hard for me) 2. blackout curtains 3. mouth tape (this is new, because i just got a deviated septum surgery, so i can finally breathe through my nose haha). 4. consistent time (~9:30 pm for me)
