on a scale of mean to genius what do you think of setting a timer every 30 min and placing it in a separate room where you can still hear it so you're forced to get up at least every 30 min and drink water, stretch, have a snack, etc would you get super annoyed by the beeping every 30 min or would you feel 100x better anyway bc you're hydrated and well fed

if you do it report back 👀 the pomodoro method has helped me before but only if i get up after 25min not if i just switch to browsing social media for a 5min break and i just ignore it sometimes and keep going lol
