chronic illness, a life threatening condition, a breakup, and a death in the family

and none of them have gutted me like this

im not quite one-legged (just a fat brace for now), but a very large part of my identity has been rooted in outdoor activities (biking, climbing, hiking, dog stuff, etc)

orthopedic appointment on tuesday where I'll hopefully get a full report on the damage

What are your restrictions?  If you need any tips for one-legging it, I did it for 10 weeks this year after a tibial plateau fracture that also included a meniscus tear.

damn bro that sucks to hear it's worse than some of those other things which are all tough on their own
