@jacek - I've been vocal about my thoughts on the state of degen, the bans, the claims, tipping etc, but complainers are useless and I personally loathe people who do nothing but bitch and moan. So for starters, apologies. I should come with something constructive. (credit to @jdotfinn for very very subtly calling me out on that) What I think now: (constructive stuff after) 1) Tipping is over. It was fun when it was chaos at the start and when the token was worth a lot. But that time has passed and tipping no longer works in this age of Degen. As long as there is a financial incentive to do so, farmers will find a way. And if you try and fight farmers, you'll hit a bunch of good folks with friendly fire. 2) Trying to foster the 'right' type of content is too hard, too subjective and trying to tell people to tip 'authentic' content is a losing battle and comes off like behavioral nudging.

3) The L3 isn't working. Not to say it can't, but it would be much better to have people to choose to bridge on than have to bridge off. Every person I know of, in every DC/DM/GC bridged off. Including many of the staunchest allies of you/Degen. If even they can't stick it out on L3, no one is going to. Degen / Degeneracy, by definition, is someone who engages in highly speculative and risky behavior. Of their own free will (or, possibly due to addiction) and at their peril. Degen does not have that right now. We are told what to do. What to like and tip. Where to go. And so with that, I propose a return to Degeneracy. 👇

This is what the community should be doing right now, proposing new ideas instead of complaining. Tipping for clanker tokens isn't the same as mcdegen which is now banned?

Removing tipping could mean losing one of degen’s foundational and core elements. the optimal solution is to manage farming, not eliminate tipping. Gambling could significantly reshape degen’s identity. Degen is not just a casino. Its value comes from social interaction and the culture of the community, not merely from speculation. L3 has room for refinement and may not need to be set aside entirely. Improving infrastructure and user experience might be a better option than abandoning l3 altogether. I think while innovation is valuable, these proposed changes are quite drastic and could pose more challenges than benefits for degen. I agree for fee.

maaaan i like these ideas!!! this is fckn amazing! been mentioning buying art with tips directly few times so far, great idea. Buying tokens with degen also great idea. they even can be funded like that. Games challenges - amazing! Great man! @jacek check this out pls!
