Appreciation 02/21/25 1. All the kind people of FC wishing me well because of my crushing headache/migraines. I woke up today and seeing all the kind messages really lifted by spirits even though my head and eyes decided to choose violence today. 2. Cold air and nature - I’m actually really thankful it’s cold outside/ nature and it seems to really help with the pain, as the cold distracts me from pressure in my head and behind my eyes. 3. Specialist doctors - I’m really thankful for doctors that are specialized in their perspective fields to assist patients in need. Modern medicine is amazing. Thanks again @commstark ❤️ Streak 245!

Appreciation 02/20/25 1. Cold packs - I really appreciate these right now as they are the only things helping with these thundering headaches. I can’t tell you how good they feel on my head. 2. Extra strength medication - I feel like the regular stuff doesn’t touch my pain and I’m thankful the create strong medications for these really painful moments. 3. Quiet and darkness - what really helps with these clusters migraines is just simply peace and quiet. I really appreciate it now, more than ever. Thanks again @commstark ❤️ Streak 244!

Appreciation 02/19/25 1. Medical technology - I still have my ongoing migraine that I’m going in for imaging next week and despite what might happen, I’m thankful and appreciative of this wonder of science! 2. Advil and Tylenol - without these medications, I don’t think I’d be able to write this cast as the light from my phone makes the migraines even worse. 3. Appreciation 02/18/25 1. Handmade Cozy mittens - my sister made these for me this year and I have to say I absolutely love them! I love cute mittens and cute socks if you haven’t noticed already! I appreciate a good pair of mittens! 2. Sunshine ☀️ - I feel like winters are so dark, cold and gloomy and so when I do get to see the sun, it’s such a wonderful feeling! Appreciation 02/17/25 1. Warm cozy socks 🧦 - heating went down for a few hours and these socks with several blankets came in handy to keep my warm! Appreciate well made items! 2. Home heating - I didn’t have heating for over half the day in -15 weather and you don’t realize what you should appreciate until it’s gone! I appreciate the marvel of home heating! 3. Gas powered stove tops - love that these can be used in an emergency to make meals! I appreciate these mini stoves! Thanks again @commstark ❤️ Streak 241!

Appreciation 02/16/25 1. Mac and cheese 🧀 - again snowed in and couldn’t leave my house, so ended up making some Mac and cheese for this week! Safe to say it was super cheesy! 2. Cheese grater - this makes grating cheese so much easier! I don’t know how they grated cheese before this invention, knife seems like it would take forever! 3. New Snow shovels - I bought a new shovel to move the mountains of snow and this one had another handle midway to help lift the snow. I never knew having leverage lower would make it so much easier! Appreciation 02/15/25 1. Being snowed in - although it’s a crap shoot if you’re trying to commute for something, it’s a nice excuse to just stay home and enjoy yourself. You begin to appreciate your alone time and make the best of it! Yes, this is how much it snowed here ❄️ 2. Simple meals - I love easy to make food and simple meals that consist of a protein, carb and vegetable is my all time favourite. All of it can go into the oven and it’s delicious! Today I had salmon, potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Gotta appreciation the simple stuff! Thanks again @commstark ❤️ Streak 239!

I’ve never gotten such goosebumps from watching an anime in a long time. Solo leveling did just that when Jinwoo summons his undead minions against the orcs. Wow what an epic moment and animated fight scene 🤯

Appreciation 02/14/25 1. Going out for breakfast - I know it’s probably one of the easier meals to make at home but there is just something about appreciating the good breakfast food when you go out with a friend. It just tastes better! 2. Eggs and avocado with balsamic vinaigrette - I really appreciate the savoury and sour flavours of this and I can stress how good this was for breaky!
