Appreciation 11/22/24 1. Costco seaweed - I just got these today and they are super addictive! Teriyaki flavour! Yummy! 2. Hot baths 🛁 - I have an injured lower back and the hot water always seems to give me some relief! 3. Fresh orange juice - I bought a manual juicer and made fresh orange juice today and it was splendid! Thanks again @commstark ❤️ Streak 152!

Appreciation 11/19/24 1. Drive-thru - whenever I’m running late and I need to pick up last minute breakfast, McDonald’s always comes clutch! 2. McDonald’s - app coupons. I know McDonald’s is really bad for you but getting breakfast with coffee for under $5 is a steal! Can’t say no to that. 3. Heated side mirrors - it’s getting really cold in the mornings here and having the heated mirrors really helps with not having to clean them off on a busy morning. Appreciation 11/18/24 1. Dried mango - if you’ve tried dried mango strips, you know how good and addictive they are. I bought two packs but ended up eating them booth 😅 2. Smell of a toasty fire - my elderly neighbours often have a fire going at their house and the smell of burning wood often fills the air. It’s such a pleasant smell. 3. Reflective clothing - I have been going biking a little more, as I’m trying to stay active and having reflective clothing definitely makes it safer in the dark mornings. Appreciation 11/17/24 1. Ground turkey - I think it’s super underrated, especially if you’re making meatballs, like this recipe. The oregano and basil with Worcestershire sauce make for an excellent meatball! 2. The neighbourhood black cat - never really understood but he would always come by my porch every morning. I’ve become friends with him and he loves coming up to be for some head scratches. 3. Glass and metal containers - never understood the dangers of microplastics until I did some research, I no longer have any plastics containers. Although glass is heavier, I’m at ease knowing more plastic isn’t ending up in my food. Thanks again @commstark ❤️ Streak 149!

Appreciation 11/16/24 1. Past mistakes - I’ve really come a long way from who I used to be. I’ve made a lot of mistakes but I feel that I’ve learned from them and I am much wiser now. 2. Chocolate 🍫- whenever I need a pick me up to hit the gym, grabbing a chocolate bar always seems to do that job. It’s a nice treat for myself but also sugar and caffeine. 3. High quality moisturizer - I have been cursed with perpetually dry skin and I’ve only started using higher quality lotion and I see the difference already. Always bought the cheap stuff and now I know why people buy the nice stuff. Thanks again @commstark ❤️ Streak 148!

Appreciation 11/15/24 1. Cross walk attendants - as I’m walking around my neighbourhood, I see these crosswalk attendant that assist students to get across the street safely. They deserve more appreciation and so I dropped off a hot coffee and donut this morning. 2. Boston cream donuts 🍩 - I haven’t had one in a long time but I grabbed a bunch and these are so good! I still wonder why they are Boston cream 🧐 3. Those brown coffee holder things - the things that hold 4 coffees when you order them. No idea what they are called but they work and it helps me carry all the coffees. Thanks again @commstark ❤️ Streak 147!

Appreciation 11/14/24 1. Water filters - it amazes me how these things work to provide clean drinking water. 2. Shoe horns - I can’t count the number of times I’ve used a shoe horn to get my shoes on. Such a small thing to help get shoes on! 3. Laptops - I remember the day when it was pen and paper. Appreciation 11/13/24 1. BTC - making an ATH. I remember having a conversation with a friend and how they called me crazy for thinking BTC would hit $100k at some point. Sent a message to them this afternoon with the message $90k USD BTC. Felt amazing. 2. Patience - it’s amazing how being patient and just sitting through the storms that you realize it will always pass and sunny skies are ahead! 3. Sadness - only once you know true sadness will you know to appreciate life’s good and really enjoy the greatness it has to offer. Can’t experience one without the other.
