I should, but I don’t have the patience to. Also with two kids my free time is very limited and I’m already fortunate to be able to run 4 times a week.

Yes, for sure. Running 4x a week is a lot. I heard different thoughts on this. Some people say you have to do strength training in order to run without injuries. Other day that running is enough. 🤷♀️

The most important thing is knowing your body at take the good amount of rest. Nothing prevents injuries better than rest at the right time. If you do strength the day you are supposed to rest, your muscles are always under stress.
