I started the day with a morning run. I kept it to 3k and slightly improved my pace. It was my second run after recovering from bronchitis, and I think it's over now. It's just a matter of building my endurance again. Do you think I should focus on improving my pace or increasing the distance? What is the best strategy?

I would focus on distance and lowering the HR. the time to build speed will come after you have a good aerobic base.

Nice result, I'd like to restart too as back in the days, after I make my health check-up these weeks๐Ÿ˜‰

Maybe combine? One run focus on speed, second run focus on distance?

My advice is first pace when u think ur fast enough to increase the distance and then try to get that pace at the increased distance. Keep it up, brother ๐Ÿ’ช
