I started my day with a short meditation. I’ve been doing this for 20 days. It has a great impact in my day. Do you meditate? For how long? And how often? Which app do you use? Do you do guided meditation? I am looking for some inspiration. ✨

Wow sounds perfect to me, and good vibe coming from you. Keep doing it!!! I am doing yoga now thankfully much more regularly than usual and already feeling the impact. I try to induce my brain into meditative states when in certain static asanas and I think this programs positively my reality when dealing with outside world

Yoga is a very good place to meditate. If you follow your breath while practicing, it puts you in a nice meditative space. It is so cool. I’ve been practicing yoga on a regular basis for more than one year. And it changed a lot my life.

I have a very busy schedule: a main job and a second one. But somehow I found a way to find time for exercising. I practice yoga around three times a week, once a week I practice Pilates, and two or three times a week I run.

Two years ago more or less, maybe a bit longer, I had an “aha moment” that I just have one body and that I want to have it healthy for as long as I can. And that want to feel good in my body (nothing to do with weight or aesthetics). Then I changed my diet and started slowly to exercise. It doesn’t have to be intense every day. There are some days that I practice something very light. But since then, I try to exercise 4 to 6 times a week.
