Don’t be overly self critical . You guys are doing a great job . The date / logistics do not work for me rn. Reducing the entry cost and asking folks to sponsor for drinks /food/venue might me the way to go .

the cost is what FWBFest last year eventually worked out to, so definitely that also no event schedule and what seems like no event north star, is it a networky thing? unconference? party? something else? the ideation stage is far more in the 'give us your email if you're interested' phase

Following up on our telegram convo: I think getting a sponsorship from @purple is totally reasonable, especially due to how integrated this event is with the FC community Again in addition to subsidized tickets I think everyone needs more clarity on the agenda bc getting to Boston already adds a layer of friction
