In addition to my previous cast, lower sugar / spice / alcohol intake also helps in my case I use whoop to measure 🙂

It’s likely more “salt” than “spice” but the difference is noticeable and measurable sadly. I stopped having Indian or Szechuan food from restaurants (home cooked is fine) for dinner
