Can someone list out the pros and cons of @farcaster vs other social medias for a lay person?

People are optimists and happy here. Hang out in Bluesky and you'll only hear people whining about how the world is ending or lamenting the latest political whatever of the day.

I tell people that if they're not into crypto, then @warpcast isnt the place for them yet. But I'm enjoying the feed experience, optimism, and engagement with real people. The lack of ads/bots is amazing.

Pros: 1. Less/no bots 2. Community focused Cons: 1. Frequently slows down and feels sluggish to switch context. 2. Difficult to explain to lay folks. No-coiners don't quite get it

The things that currently make it better probably wouldn’t appeal to a lay person. The tools it provides the rest of us are what will eventually make it a mainstream competitor.
