With the double vertical mouse set up, I’m dividing the micromovements of clicking between both hands, and my hands/wrists on both sides are always moving (rather than staying locked in one position) . For me it just leads to natural intuitive freedom to shift between both hands for the fastest results

I found it to be worse than clocking… with the trackball (I think) you are making more thumb and finger micromovements whuch lead to over use/carpal tunnel symptoms… instead of moving a mouse with your arm, you’re moving a trackball with your thumb, and you tend to hold the wrist in a stationary locked position

Yes - I have a lefty and a righty vertical mouse - both plugged in at the same time - use both simultaneously

Yes - this is super geeky but I actually use a lefty ergonomic mouse and a righty ergonomic mouse at the same time 😂 sometimes I’m using both simultaneously, and sometimes I’m using one or the other - definitely alleviated over use pain. When I’m using both simultaneously I can move really fast
