anyone knows good email clients that *just work*?

all of them seem to suck ass

don't get me started on apple mail, it fails to load my emails like 50% of time

i only use google email smtp and g suite so no custom mailing servers

i currently use mailspring + edison mail

spark doesn't work reliably enough for me, i don't like missing emails

i tried Spark ~2 years ago iirc and it failed to show all the emails or have an adequate search

unfortunately i tend to believe that all email clients only get less stable over time because they bloat the app with unnecessary functions

i put it on the same level as apple mail

it works up until the point when it doesn't and all of a sudden you have lost multiple emails because it decided not to load them

ffs, paid money, downloaded client, made no account, decided to try it — all of a sudden it has this onboarding wall even though i selected to skip it

Would live to know later on after youve settled on something what you choose. 

I would love to move off from Gmail (both the client and also the service) but there really isnt much out there worth paying for.

Another +1 for Superhuman.  Only app that feels useable across both desktop and mobile anymore
