AltCoin that can only be mined on your phone while you are driving your car, app is in the foreground and/or display is off. Uses GPS and bluetooth connection to car to meter. If you get in to an accident, all your coins are burned. Coins can be used to pay for auto insurance, car repairs, gasoline, or new cars. /alts

A Levy for school funding is up for a vote this year in my school district. How do I get people to vote 'yes' for it? Since it affects home owners though tax, I assume renters that are parents would be the easiest to convince? Any strategies for everyone else?
