For me, the most frustrating thing about zoom is how much of a head start they had into going into the current WFH era. It used to be a simple, high-quality product, but now every call is as bad as anything I’ve ever used. They went from recovery to ZIRP mode quick.

We use a mix of Web-Ex, GoTo meeting, Microsoft Teams, and other lesser known ones. Uncommonly, we use Zoom. License fees on Web-Ex are pricey as compared with their competition.

Have you tried Hopin? I had a virtual keynote on it during covid, and there was a literal 15 second(!) delay. The Q&A with the audience at the end was like being interviewed on the moon in 1970.
