I voted no both times. Here’s my current take, by tying fan token purchases to Warpcast accounts you greatly increase the visibility of token distribution. While I understand an interest in getting more folks outside the ecosystem involved, I like the fact that I can easily survey token holders at a glance and verify who the holders are… while I understand folks can have alts the current system really helps to gauge risk based on whale dynamics.

If they’re not interested in Farcaster enough to have an account, I feel like the FT would only attract the gambling/speculator type and this could end up having a negative impact. I feel like the risk outweighs any potential reward personally.

I voted yes My primary reason is that if they check out what these Fan Tokens are, chances are they will check out Farcaster and eventually join our community.

that’s a tough one. keeping it exclusive to farcaster members keeps the community tight, but opening it up could bring in more value. we probably don't want outsiders messing with FN tokens though
