Egg prices here are high. 9$ ish per dozen. I don't go to the store normally. So, I'm not sure on whether they're out. Interesting though that the packs of hardboiled eggs pre peeled are now cheaper per dozen than raw eggs.

Go to a farmers market. Egg prices might be a little more than grocery store but you can taste the difference. The egg shortage is prob gonna last awhile
