I just traveled for 3.5 weeks with only carry-on luggage:

gym gear is sneakers, shorts, 2 tanktops, gloves

then locally i buy glutamine, fiber, magensium, pre-workout powder

I don't travel much, but my main issue with travel and gym is that I like to pack as little as possible, usually only a backpack.

How much do you pack specifically for working out?
