what are all y'alls favorite calorie and protein hacks? i'm basically doubling my intake now and i'm doing OKAY at it. not great i'm also pescatarian so land meats are off the table

tracking is crucial for me personally, if I'm eating and my meal has <30g protein I have a shake along with it greek yogurt is very versatile, you can use it in place of sour cream on Mexican food, make puddings out of it with a little honey + flavoring, add to smoothies etc I also like lentil pasta, much higher protein than the normal stuff
