The accelerator container acted as an accountability partner for me. I took my idea serious bc of the six week focus time. Went to maven.com for creating a cohort based URL course

Joined a Techstars company about a year *after* it went through the Boulder accelerator. I'm still friends/colleagues with most of the people that clicked with the founder as he went through the accelerator. Similar to ex-colleagues from earlier eras in my career (the networks remain strong)

Went through YC. It was enough capital for me to make the jump into fulltime startup mode. Always going to be grateful for that. Their internal content is amazing and was critical in the first few weeks of setting up the company, raising seed round. The network/brand helps generally, but not so much in crypto.

I did YC. Network/brand is the most valuable part. It’s like saying you went to Stanford except they pay you to attend. It will open doors for you, especially in the Bay Area, and it will help you raise more capital. Highly recommend for first time founders.

I tried out at YC for a startup a few years back didn’t quite get through. Looking to go again. From the options, I’d cite capital as most valuable and Network coming up shortly after (my experience) Looking to get YC again soon.
