Started in NFTs in 2020, by 2021, I was in full time

The real world / IRL job just wasn't exciting enough

No, it wasn't at all what I expected bcoz shortly after, the market crashed in 22 - having said that, the journey led me to becoming a founder which was even better than me working in a web3 job

Interesting path. Were you in TradFi beforehand?

1. Started crypto journey in 2019, started investing institutionally in crypto in 2020 from a broader venture firm, and just made the move ~3 months ago to go all-in and go solo

Hey @benersing, I did it by joining fractal events. 

I randomly joined Eden Fractal event and then learn a whole lot about web3 from there, as well as meeting amazing group of regenerative enthusiasts. 

/optimismfractal sparked a year ago from a few people that join Eden Fractal events and it's now a driving force for collaborations on the Superchain and beyond. It's a developing builder hub with a welcoming environment for supporting anyone looking to make a career transition or just meet optimistic new faces.

3. Hmmmmm :D I never really expected this part of the internet to exist before I learnt about it REALLY!!! ...and it's awesome :)
