At what point did you begin thinking of yourself as a “founder” vs “someone tinkering around with this thing”?

😅 Too busy working hard to even wonder if I was a 'founder' or not when I founded my previous businesses. 

Growing and hiring hundreds of employees (as many families relying on my business), no VC, no fundraising - just relentless building and scaling the business, with the monthly payroll as my reality check.
