Never underestimate the importance of customer support, especially as a CEO! Learned this firsthand from Immad when Mercury didn’t yet have statements ready& I needed those urgently for my visa. He personally took the time to respond and deliver. I always think of that dedication when handling support myself 🤝

Honestly, not many teams are killing it as impressively as @henri, Asta, @segall, and their crew. To make it clear, any cool new company I talk to uses @privy! 👉 Ultimate challenge for NYC tech folks joining Privy: "bringing millions of new users on-chain each month" :D

Contrary to LLCs, I don't see a lot about C-Corp So far, I got 2 new customers who incorporated with northwestregisteredagent.com/corporation & left excellent feedback—highlighting the service's low cost, clarity, and speed. What are your favorite services for incorporating a C-Corp? Doola? Stripe Atlas? Clerky?
