It all depends on what works for you. The quickest way for most people to lose fat is to calorie deficit with strength training .. however if youβre already calorie depleted, you might have to switch it up and get more technical. If you need further help feel free to shoot me a Dm.

You got partially correct answers. It's true that you have to do a caloric deficit, but you also want to reduce fat while you keep the muscle, or even create muscle. The more muscle percent you gain/keep, the more you will burn as these muscles are fed from the fat. So weightlifting and HIIT are the best long-term IMO
