Lately, I have been getting some pain in the extensor part of my forearm while doing bicep curls. I have tried using wrist supports and lifting gloves but neither seem to work. Do you guys know of a way to avoid getting these pains?

If it’s tendonitis then in my experience rest and massage will help. Using a lower weight/less reps until it’s not as painful can be an option as well

When you say “extensor”, are you referring to the tendon or the muscle?

Probably move away from that particular exercise for a few weeks. Use resistance bands to do internal/external rotations with your arm straight to strengthen supporting elbow tendons

Try warming up your forearm by wrist roller. This exercise will help increase blood flow and flexibility in your forearm muscles(both extensor and flexor parts).

Maybe tendonitis? Do you use straps for all your pulling?
