Lately, I have been getting some pain in the extensor part of my forearm while doing bicep curls. I have tried using wrist supports and lifting gloves but neither seem to work. Do you guys know of a way to avoid getting these pains?

If it’s tendonitis then in my experience rest and massage will help. Using a lower weight/less reps until it’s not as painful can be an option as well

Thanks for your advice but I don't think it's tendonitis cause the pain disappears almost in the instant that I finish my reps and I don't have any problem with my day-to-day tasks.
