I’ve felt this way before and one of the best things I did to become more mindful of my phone use is use an app called One Sec Every time you open an app, it prompt you to take a deep breath and wait one sec before using the app That really put things in perspective for me and led me to use my phone more mindfully https://apps.apple.com/us/app/one-sec-screen-time-focus/id1532875441

Charge your phone somewhere other than bedside. Ideally a separate room. Try this: https://getbrick.app/

I've felt this, but I found that the action of repeatedly going to my phone was during times when I was in a rut. This feeling is more common than you think, you're not alone. Is there anything you can do to add a little bit to your daily routine? Something active/fun/creative/indulgent/reflective.

I found the book “How to Break Up with Your Phone” very helpful. As you admit, everyone feels it. You’d be surprised how many people would empathize if only you talked about it.
