im deeply addicted to my cell phone

its affecting my work, relationships and health

i dont want to tell anyone becasue im worried they will call me out on it and i dont feel ready to stop

and everyone around me seems just as bad so there is no one to talk to

I use freedom.to to manage my digital life. I pay for the pro version to use Locked mode.


I literally block all social media and games on weekdays.

It has been working well for me , it is the strictest app out there, it is impossible to disable when activated.

Did wonders to my screen time.
