Distribution: Reach and grow audiences 3. Earning: Monetize and rewards to incentivize I fought for a fourth pillar and got alignment to expand our framework. Any guesses on what it was?

Management. This three pillars is what gets you started, but when you enter the second or third phase of being a creator you don't need any of these. you need management of all the insanity that continues to happen. I'd probably add one, max 2 more but these are a great start.
