Why? My health has significantly improved since I embarked on this regimen. I'm getting blood tested every 3 months and doing one blood panel with more than 100+ tests each year.

I mean, whatever works for you is great. Is each supplement/drug you’re taking directly correlated with a bio marker? There’s a huge amount of stuff going on and it feels to me like you could get 99% of the benefit from diet changes and targeted supplement use. I take 3 supplements and my bloods are fine.

Supplements are largely overrated as your body doesn’t even uptake most of the quantity you ingest. Supplements add very little value to the health puzzle overall, with some exceptions of people who are severely lacking things like iron.

This is simply not true. Many supplements can move the needle in a significant way, e.g. pre and probiotics, vitamin D, and sulforaphane (which is a powerful antioxidant).

I’m vitamin D deficient and taking supplements for a year did nothing to improve my levels, a week in the Arizona sun trumped it all. There are obviously exceptions to the rule, and every body is different. My health care provider swears against them for most people.

How about winter, or days when you can't bathe in the sun because of work? You just need to get a high-dose version (e.g. 5000 IU), take it with fat (to make it bioavailable), and choose a top brand (e.g. Pure Encapsulations).

Also, this is just one supplement. There are countless others that you have not tried. E.g. have you ever done an Omega-3 Index test? I've done it multiple times, and I can tell you that until I started taking a high-dose Omega-3 supplement, my test results did not improve in the slightest. https://omegaquant.com/.

Nah I just avoid supplements entirely and just try to eat better even though i eat like shit most days. Me and food don’t have a great relationship generally.
