Why?

My health has significantly improved since I embarked on this regimen.

I'm getting blood tested every 3 months and doing one blood panel with more than 100+ tests each year.

I mean, whatever works for you is great. 

Is each supplement/drug you’re taking directly correlated with a bio marker? There’s a huge amount of stuff going on and it feels to me like you could get 99% of the benefit from diet changes and targeted supplement use. I take 3 supplements and my bloods are fine.
