Why? My health has significantly improved since I embarked on this regimen. I'm getting blood tested every 3 months and doing one blood panel with more than 100+ tests each year.

I mean, whatever works for you is great. Is each supplement/drug you’re taking directly correlated with a bio marker? There’s a huge amount of stuff going on and it feels to me like you could get 99% of the benefit from diet changes and targeted supplement use. I take 3 supplements and my bloods are fine.

Yes, I am frequently getting blood tested and each supplement is contributing to one or more biomarkers. I may be able to get some of the benefit from diet alone, but definitely not 99%. Just to name a few supplements that are hard or impossible to get from food: - Akkermansia - Sulforaphane - Vitamin D

Supplements are largely overrated as your body doesn’t even uptake most of the quantity you ingest. Supplements add very little value to the health puzzle overall, with some exceptions of people who are severely lacking things like iron.
