What are you doing that involves anything other than "pnpm i" and maybe a workspace file if you're on a monorepo?

It's blazing fast, but as for being an "easy integration"... I'm not sure where you read that, but the package discovery system is quite different, so it can definitely give you a few headaches.

PNPM is indeed fast, but migration may not be as easy.
