what's the best app to record strength workout? something like Strava but for strength. ideally I can create my own set own set of workouts, insert the reps an the kg and check when done. it should record the history over time of all workouts ever made.

I used Fitnotes for a long time before I started wearing a whoop and using their app, which is decent for it but not as simple and easy to use. I'm on Android though; not sure what's great on iOS
